Curriculum

The 10-module curriculum

Our My Body Matters curriculum has been carefully designed to support teachers in delivering high-quality menstrual health education with confidence.Rather than replacing your existing curriculum, these resources are designed to complement and strengthen it by providing clear, age-appropriate lessons, practical classroom activities and trusted supporting materials that can be used alongside your school's existing PSHE, RSE, Health Education or wellbeing programme.   While every country, education system and school may have different requirements, the content has been written to support the themes and learning objectives that are commonly expected across modern health education programmes.
