Meet Luma.

We’re building Luma to be a calm, friendly place to ask questions about periods, pelvic pain, endometriosis and appointments. It can explain things simply, help you feel more prepared, and point you towards useful resources

What we’re building Luma to do

Luma is currently in development. The aim is to create a safe, friendly assistant that helps people understand periods, pain, endometriosis and appointments in plain English. It will stay focused on education and support, not diagnosis, treatment advice or emergency help

  • Clear explanations, without judgement
  • Helpful prompts for appointments and conversation
  • Suggestions for what to track or write down
  • Links to relevant Health Hub resources

Your safety comes first

You can use Luma to ask questions and get simple, supportive information. We are building it with clear safety limits, so it will not diagnose conditions, give treatment instructions or replace medical care.

If you are worried about pain, bleeding, symptoms or how you are feeling, Luma will encourage you to speak to someone you trust or get medical help.

Chat with Luma

This early version of Luma answers from a small library of prepared, reviewed responses with topic routing. A fuller, governed assistant — with a wider reviewed knowledge base, moderation and safety checks — is planned.
