Questions schools may ask
Is the curriculum free?
Yes. The school resource pack is free to download after completing the short sign-up form.
Which ages is it for?
The curriculum is flexible across upper primary, secondary and youth education settings. Each module can be adapted depending on pupil age, maturity and school context.
Can we use this in PSHE/RSE?
Yes. The resources are designed to support menstrual health, puberty, wellbeing, respect, dignity and help-seeking education.
Do boys need to learn this too?
Yes. Menstrual health education is important for all pupils. It helps reduce teasing, stigma and misinformation and supports a more respectful school culture.
Is this medical advice?
No. The resources are educational. They help pupils understand periods, symptoms and when to ask for help, but they do not diagnose or replace medical advice.
